Amie Stewart is the founder and owner of Stewart Physiotherapy. She completed her BSc Physiotherapy degree at the University of Cape Town and has been practicing since 2008. She has specialized in Sports Physiotherapy (SPT1) and Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT1) and is an internationally credentialed Mckenzie (MDT) clinician. She has a keen interest in using both manual therapy as well as the rehabilitation in order to treat each patient holistically.

Anecia obtained her BSc Physiotherapy degree from Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University in 2022. She has since completed Dry Needling level 1 and 2 as well as a comprehensive Strapping Course. Her special interests include orthopaedic and respiratory conditions. Anecia is committed to helping patients through every stage of their healing journey.

Christine is a passionate and holistic physiotherapist who qualified from the University of Witwatersrand in 2002. Christine is an accredited “Exercise in Medicine” practitioner and has completed her Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT1), Diploma in Vestibular Assessment and Rehabilitation, and McKenzie part A & B courses. Christine has a special interest in sports injuries; back and neck pain; headaches; post operative rehabilitation; TMJ conditions; respiratory conditions and ergonomic correction.

Joshua obtained his BSc Physiotherapy degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. He has completed the lumbar spine McKenzie (MDT) course, the Comprehensive Taping course, the Ultimate Lower Quarter Course as well as his dry-needing level 1 certification and is currently completing his FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine. He has a special interest in sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions and has been involved as a rugby team physiotherapist at club level.

Onika obtained her BSc Physiotherapy degree from the University of the Free State in 2019. She has since completed her dry needling level 1 & 2 courses and has become a qualified BASI Mat Pilates instructor. She is a firm believer in holistic and individualised care for each patient. Her special interests include: sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, and back and neck pain.
