What is TeleHealth?

• Telehealth is the use of an online digital video /conferencing chat system allowing patients and therapist to have face to face consultations while being in different locations.

• During the COVID-19 pandemic we are consulting in the rooms under strict hygiene protocols. However, we are offering Telehealth to patients who would prefer to receive guidance and exercises from home.

How do you book an appointment?

• Online Booking: use the link below (Select "zoom conferencing”) 

For your appointment:

• You will receive a consent form via email, which we require your sign and return to us prior to the apt.

• If you will be using your phone for the consultation, download the “Zoom” app. If you will be using your laptop click on the zoom link below:

• Just before your meeting, if you are using your laptop, go to your email appointment reminder and click “Join Zoom Meeting” OR if you are using your phone go to your sms reminder and click “Join Zoom Meeting.”

• For your consultation, please wear easy gym or lounge wear in case your therapist may require you to practice an exercise or movement.

• Your physiotherapist will send you relevant information and exercises via email after your consult.

What is the cost?

• These codes will then be submitted directly to your medical aid on your behalf, should you have sufficient funds.

• “Cash” consults will range between R231.40 and R462.00.
